Reminder: Don't Include SSN on Form 990-EZ

Despite multiple warning from the IRS, an estimated 20% of tax-exempt organization still include private information, such as Social Security numbers, of their principal officers on their Forms 990. Since the 990-EZ is a public document, organizations are cautioned against including Social Security numbers when filing.
